For Adobe Premiere Pro · Final Cut & Resolve coming

Stop syncing footage by hand.
Let the audio do it.

Syncwright lines up every camera and recorder automatically by analyzing the sound they share — no clapperboard, no matching timecode. Export, sync, re-import. Minutes of work become seconds.

14-day full trial · One-time purchase · macOS (Windows coming)

How it works

Three steps. No clapperboard required.

Syncwright rides on the XML your editor already speaks — it never touches your media files, only reads them.

1

Export from Premiere

Select your clips and choose File → Export → Final Cut Pro XML. That's the only setup.

2

Drop it into Syncwright

Click Sync. It analyzes each clip's audio and finds the exact offset — even with different mics, gain, and noise.

3

Re-import, perfectly aligned

Bring the synced XML back into Premiere. Every camera and recorder lands on its own track, lined up to the frame.

Why it's accurate

Built on the sync engine pros trust.

Plain waveform matching guesses wrong on clips that sound different. Syncwright doesn't.

🎯

GCC-PHAT + consensus

Phase-transform correlation with multi-snippet agreement — it only trusts an offset when several independent samples line up, killing false matches.

🎚️

Handles messy audio

Quiet lavs, loud cameras, board feeds, room noise — peak-normalized and band-filtered so even a faint shared signal locks in.

⏱️

Long-recording ready

Smart seeking analyzes only what it needs, so a multi-hour service syncs in seconds instead of grinding through 20 GB files.

🔒

Stays on your machine

Your footage never leaves your computer. Syncwright reads audio locally — nothing is uploaded.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do my cameras need timecode or a clapperboard?

No. Syncwright aligns clips purely from the audio they share — the natural room sound, music, or a soundboard feed is enough. No slate, no timecode generators, no special gear.

Which editing apps does it support?

Adobe Premiere Pro today, via the standard Final Cut Pro XML round-trip. Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve support are in development and will be included free with your license.

Is this a subscription?

No. Syncwright is a one-time purchase — you own it and get free updates. We think holding your editing workflow hostage to a monthly fee is wrong.

How many computers can I use it on?

One license activates on up to 2 computers (e.g. your desktop and laptop). Need more seats? Get in touch.

Does my footage get uploaded anywhere?

Never. All analysis happens locally on your machine. The only thing that touches the internet is a quick license check.

What are the system requirements?

macOS (Apple Silicon & Intel). A Windows version is coming. You'll need Adobe Premiere Pro to export and re-import the XML.
